FAMILY ADVISING

We offer advisory services to clients pursuing the NCAA path. Leveraging our extensive network, we assist you in finding the ideal fit, whether it’s a prep school, junior program, or NCAA institution. We offer comprehensive guidance, step-by-step support, and resources for SAT preparation and meeting NCAA academic requirements, ensuring a smooth transition toward your collegiate aspirations.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

With our extensive connections in the hockey world, we have the capability to connect you with some of the finest experts in strength training, conditioning, power skating and overall hockey skill development. These connections offer invaluable opportunities to refine specific skills and enhance your performance in the game. We provide our clients with in-season & off-season workouts along with nutrition expertise from Gary Roberts Performance. 

ENTRY-DRAFT

We ensure that every client is supported and well-prepared for the draft process. Throughout the season, we attend our client’s games to closely monitor their progress and gain valuable insights. This allows us to effectively market them to the best of our abilities.

OUR TEAM

Pare Sports Group is hiring Player Agents & Advisors. These individuals will be responsible for actively recruiting new clients & managing those clients on a day-to-day basis. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, watching games in person or on Hockey TV, networking with GM/Coaches & Scouts, attending showcases/games to recruit potential clients, answering clients’ questions in a timely manner, player evaluation, negotiating contracts, off-season recommendations, and draft preparation.

PSG provides a team environment & tools to help individuals succeed.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hockey knowledge.
  • Ability to identify Player’s potential.
  • Have a passion for player development and assisting players in reaching their goals.
  • Be able to multitask; attention to detail and organization skills are a must.
  • Positive, energetic, individual who is organized, communicates well (written as well as verbally), driven, and open-minded.

The preferred candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Sports Management, Business, or Law Degree is an asset).
  • Playing and/or coaching experience. 
  • Experience using RinkNet, Instat, and Office 365.
  • Connections in the hockey world.
