- Alpha Tournament Company is dedicated to creating an optimal environment for teams, individuals, and families to gather, compete, and enjoy the great game of ice Hockey.
- Our objective in creating this environment is to collect and research information from our registrants to aid in assembling the best possible competitive divisions, and to provide courteous staffing, both on and off the ice, who understand the game and are genuinely committed to providing the best possible service to our registrants.

- NON ADM Teams
- Participate in 2 ATC Tournaments and receive $50 rebate
- Participate in 3 ATC Tournaments and receive $100 rebate
- Participate in 4 ATC Tournaments and receive $150 rebate
- Participate in 5 ATC Tournaments and receive $250 rebate
- Participate in 6 ATC Tournaments and receive $350 rebate
- ADM Teams
- Participate in 2 ATC Tournaments and receive $50 rebate
- Participate in 3 ATC Tournaments and receive $100 rebate
- Stay to Play Rule and Policies
- Any Team whose home rink is more than 75 miles away from the Tournament host rink will be considered an out-of-town Team and will be required to comply with hotel policy and procedures. Required to stay at a participating hotel offered through the Alpha Tournament Company.
- Do NOT contact the hotel directly! Reservations must be made through the ATC Hotel Liaison.
- As a condition of acceptance into the Tournament, all out-of-town teams MUST reserve rooms through the Alpha Tournament Company Hotel Liaison. No exceptions. Failure to comply and/or attempts to circumvent procedures and obligations will result in the following:
- Fined
- Eliminated from playoff eligibility
- Expulsion from the Tournament without refund
- Each Team representative must contact Traveling Teams to book their rooms.

- Each hotel has its own policies; please check their websites for individual policies.
- Teams requesting lodging at the same hotel as other teams should indicate this immediately upon registering.
- All special requests will be accommodated, but cannot be guaranteed.
- All individuals must adhere to the current city/state and property guidelines regarding COVID-19.
- Coach’s rooms will not be comped. The Tournament company does not add high fees to Team rooms. We secure discounted rates and share them with the entire Team.
