Players Should Look Forward To Practice

Children naturally become excited about experiences they enjoy.

That excitement is powerful.

Players who can’t wait for the next practice usually arrive with energy.

They listen more closely.

They compete harder.

They learn more quickly.

They leave wanting even more.

Great coaching creates that cycle.

Create Traditions

Children love knowing something special is coming.

Maybe every practice finishes with Time For NHL FUN!™.

Maybe Fridays include a team challenge.

Maybe players earn the opportunity to choose the final game.

Traditions create excitement.

Excitement creates memories.

Memories create lifelong enjoyment.

Small Surprises Matter

Not every practice has to be the same.

Celebrate a great effort.
