Cody has a wealth of hockey knowledge as well as in business. Cody played junior hockey in Ontario and took his career to Europe for a short professional career, before starting ISM in 2017. In June 2018, at the age of 22, he became the youngest certified agent in North America. Cody’s focus is on major junior hockey players and helping them prepare for a career in professional hockey.

Dan brings over 10 years of business and sports management experience to ISM. After his playing career, he turned to on-ice development and coaching where he is currently certified in the GTHL. Dan’s responsibilities with ISM include recruitment and family consulting for Major Junior and College levels as well as preparation for professional hockey.

Mental Wellness Coach
Danny joins us as our Athlete Wellbeing Consultant. He holds a Master’s Degree in both Kinesiology and Occupational Therapy as well as a Bachelor Degree of Physical Education and a Bachelor’s of Sport Psychology. Danny has spent the past two seasons in the BCHL working
with both staff and players. Danny will provide one-to-one
consultation with the clients represented by Import Sports to ensure that our
clients feel well supported in the daily challenges and barriers that they may face both at and away from the
rink.

SEAN SKAHAN
Client Manager & Performance Coach
Player Development Coach
Sean is an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach, most recently, he was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Minnesota Wild from 2016-2022. Prior to joining the Wild, Sean spent 13 seasons as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Anaheim Ducks. During his time with the Ducks, the team advanced to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2003 and won the 2007 Stanley Cup. In addition to working with NHL players, Sean has also worked with Boston College and the University of North Dakota in the NCAA and has published a book titled Total Hockey Training.
Sean will bring his expertise from working with players as a Performance Consultant with ISM but will also serve as a client manager in the Mid-West USA.

CHRIS STANLEY
Chris is a Certified European Hockey Coach with the DEB in Germany. He has 8 years of coaching experience both as a player-coach and as a Head Coach at the second and third tiers of Professional Hockey in Germany. Chris played in the OHL with the Belleville Bulls where he was drafted to the NHL by the Vancouver Cancucks. He went on to play professionally in both North America and Europe for 15 seasons. Chris works with our players via on-ice skill development and video analysis to ensure our players are reaching their fullest potential.
