TORONTO – Some impressive numbers saw 700 Canadian Junior Hockey League alumni attend school and play in the NCAA Division III ranks during the course of the 2023-24 season.
Included on that list are 200 former Ontario Junior Hockey League players.
In all, 86 D-III schools featured former CJHLers competing for their respective programs, with the majority of them having five, or more, CJHL alumni suiting up for the teams.
Among the extended contingent of CJHL alumnus were eight who were members of the NCAA D-III national champion Hobart College Statesmen, based out of Geneva, N.Y.
