“A tremendous loss.  Kirk was one of the true good guys in the sport of hockey.  He loved everything about it, especially the people.  He lived life from his heart and would do anything for anyone, anytime.  It was an honor to be his partner in the United States Hockey League, and far more importantly, to be his friend.” – Brian Schoenborn, Co-Owner, Sioux Falls Stampede

“Kirk was bigger than life. His personality would fill a room and he made everyone feel the joy of life when around him. Kirk loved his players more than winning itself. He always made sure the players came first. Kirk dedicated his life to the growth of Las Vegas and Tri City Storm hockey. His commitment, passion and vision was unmatched and one-of-a-kind. He will be missed dearly by many and his legacy will live on for eternity through the stories he left behind and the love he shared for all around him.” – Steve Lowe, President of Hockey Operations, Muskegon Lumberjacks

May Kirk’s legacy be remebered and celebrated in the hearts of those he touched.
