Joe Dibble rejoined the Jets program as General Manager in January 2019 and was brought back in as Head Coach for the 2022-23 season.
Dibble is the winningest coach in Jets history with a 181-91-28 career record in five seasons as Head Coach & General Manager from 2012 to 2017. Under Dibble’s leadership, the Jets helped advance 51 players to NCAA Division I hockey, saw 21 rostered players selected in USHL Drafts, and regularly led the NAHL in each category. Dibble’s Jets created and executed a player procurement, development, and advancement model that helped the NAHL actualize its mission to become the League of Opportunity.

Jon Jonasson joins the Janesville Jets for the 2023-24 season as Assistant Coach, prior to joining the coaching staff Jon has been a scout for the Jets for 8 years. As a scout Jon assisted building one of the best teams in the history of the NAHL in 2014-2015 when the Jets set the record for wins (49) Points (100) and the fewest goals against (114). Since being on the Jets staff, the Jets have had 50+ NCAA commitments, two divisional titles and two Robertson Cup A Jon assisted building one of the best teams in the history of the North American Hockey League in 2014-2015 when the Jets set the record for wins (49) points (100) and fewest goals against (114). Since Jon joined the Jets scouting staff the Jets have had 50+ NCAA commitments, two divisional titles and two Robertson Cup Appearances.
Jonasson is no stranger to the bench either, he is entering his 14th year on the bench. The last 12 years he has been a Head Coach at the tier 3 level. Most Recently Jon was the Head Coach and GM of the Minnesota Moose from 2017-2023. Jon looks to help continue the success of the Minnesota Moose who have an above .785 overall win percentage, over 90 player advancements in 6 years and 5 out of 6 trips to Nationals in 6 seasons.
Since entering the Junior coaching ranks he has moved over 150+ players on to the next level including USHL, NAHL, NCAA Div 1, NCAA Div 3, ACHA D1.
Jon currently lives in Janesville, WI and married to his wife Kellie they have 2 daughters Skylar(10) and Charley(8), along with their family dog Marley.

Alec Rudh was named the Director of Minnesota Scouting in January of 2023. Rudh is a native of Hastings, Minnesota, who grew up playing hockey in the Hastings Hockey Association where he was a two-year varsity player for the high school team. As a senior, he captained the varsity team during the 2016-17 season.After graduation from Hastings, Rudh attended Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota where he played on the NCAA Tennis Team. Alec started his scouting career in the hockey industry during his junior year at Saint Mary’s where he served as a Midwest Regional Scout for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the USHL. He played a key role in the RoughRiders drafting Eric Pohlkamp (Brainerd, MN) who was recently named USHL Defenseman of the Year and was drafted in the 5th Round of the 2023 NHL Draft by the San Jose Sharks.
Rudh also has a strong coaching background where he is set to be the Head Coach for the Cottage Grove Bantam A team in Minnesota this upcoming season. He has also been involved with the Minnesota Hockey High Performance Program where he served as Head Coach for the Section 3 Boys HP 16s team and the District 2 Futures Development Program. Alec has also assisted the Hastings High School Varsity Team as an instructor for the summer training program.

Paul Zweifel of Total Athlete Performance became the Jets’ strength and conditioning coach in 2018.
Total Athlete Performance is a high-performance strength and conditioning facility run by head strength coach Paul Zweifel. The mission of the partnership with the Jets is to design and implement principles and practices of the most modern and up-to-date sciences in the Strength and Conditioning field as it pertains to the game of hockey. Their goal is to create and maintain a proactive atmosphere for players by bringing a balanced approach of mobility, flexibility, speed, agility, power, strength, and conditioning to enhance each athlete’s overall stress capacity. The result is a stronger, more injury-resistant athlete capable of withstanding the rigors of the season who can remain on the ice, where their skills are developed.Search

Brad will lead off-ice functions of the Janesville Jets with an emphasis on sponsors.Brad played professional hockey with the Denver Rangers of the International Hockey League in 1988-89, and the Windsor Compuware Spitfires and Soo Greyhounds in the OHL before then. After his playing career, Brad joined the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning as a scout in 2008 before pivoting to coaching in 2012 when he became the head coach for Rosemount High in Minnesota. Brad coached there for five years until he came on as the HC for the Chippewa Falls Steel 16U AAA team in 2020. Brad became a scout for the NAHL’s Chippewa Steel later that year. He was promoted to the Director of Hockey Operations in 2021 and ultimately moved on to Team President to finish the year. | |
Anna Van HerckeSocial Media, Marketing & Game Night Operations InternAnna joins the Jets for the 2023-24 season as our Social Media, Marketing & Game Night Operations Intern.Originally from Castle Rock, Colorado, she is currently a student at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon. Majoring in both Sports Management and Marketing, and minoring in Communications. She is a fifth-year goaltender for the NCAA Women’s Hockey Team and is also an Assistant Captain. Prior to the Jets, Anna has spent the past two summers as a Hockey Development Intern for USA Hockey in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Working closely with both the Boys and Girls Player Development Camps. While working for the Jets, she is also the Student Director of Social Media for CUW Athletics, overseeing all media content. | |

Before working with the Jets, Spencer worked as a Social Media Marketing intern for the Milwaukee Milkmen in Franklin, Wisconsin out of the American Association Baseball League.
