Christopher Hills

Christopher is the lead Agent/Advisor and founder of HC Sports Management(2014). With over 20 years of experience in hockey, business ownership, and contract negotiations, he leads all aspects of HC Sports, including player advising and business management. 

More About Christopher Hills

Christopher graduated from Roger Williams University with a  BS in Pre Law.  His experience as a business person and leader has been invaluable for the Agency and our clients. He has started multiple profitable businesses and has coached at the collegiate and junior levels. He is a very tough negotiator; Christopher always has our clients’ best interests in mind and will do whatever it takes to ensure their careers are well looked after.Show Less

Tori Sullivan

Woman’s Hockey Director/Advisor

Tori is instrumental in guiding our female client s through the college recruitment process. Her passion and connections in the Women’s game will allow her to provide the knowledge that so many female hockey players are missing. 

More about Tori Sullivan

Tori started her collegiate career by playing two seasons at Boston College. Transferred to Northeastern, helping the Huskies win two Hockey East tournament championships and a regular-season title. She also helped earn four trips to the NCAA Tournament throughout four years of collegiate hockey. East All-Rookie Team in the first season. Earned BC Athletic Director’s award for Academic Excellence. A four-time member of the Hockey East All-Academic Team. Student assistant coach for Northeastern in 19-20. Tori graduated from Northeastern with a Behavioral Neuroscience Degree in 20′. She is currently a forward with the Boston Pride in the NWHL.Show Less

Jacob Loman

Agent/Advisor

Jacob has been instrumental in the growth of  HC Sports Management. Jacobs knowledge and passion for the game comes out in the way that he handles our clients on the West Coast of the US and Canada.

Ava Hills

Social Media Manager/Female Recruiter

Ava is responsible for all social media for HC Sports Management. 

Ava is a D1 Goalie for the University of New Hampshire. She is also a business finance major in the Paul School. 

Zac Soifer

Intern Scout & Recruiter

Ontario

Zac will be working with leadership to scout and recruit in the Ontario region of Canada. Zac will be learning both the men’s and women’s games. We look forward to a bright future for this impressive young man.

Men’s Hockey Family Advisor Program

Communication with GM’s and Coaches

An objective of our hockey family advisors would be to ensure that your son is being seen by the right people, at the right times and places. We would coordinate and relay back this communication in the form of reports that both the athlete and parent can read to decipher progression, positives in play, areas to improve, etc. We would act as a second set of eyes and ears, all with the goal of doing everything possible to make life easier and better for the athlete so he can concentrate on playing hockey. 

Skill & Mental Development

A goal of HC Sports Management is to always be looking out for the best for our clients, both on and off the ice. We work closely with some of the best trainers, skill/physical development facilities, and mental strength doctors in North America. Additional to our existing relationships, we are open to investigating and pursuing other facilities/programs that you feel your son should be attending. Let us know and we can collaborate to determine how we get your son into the desired program. 

Defining Measurable Goals & Aspirations

After we talk some more, we will have a better idea of your goals as a family and specifically for your child. If it’s Division 1, we focus our work from an advisory standpoint to build his hockey resume and market him to scouts. Of course, we are conscious of all NCAA rules and regulations and will pursue any activity in compliance with these regulations.

High Participation and Active Involvement

Presence and participation are cornerstones of our firm. We work very hard to develop close relationships with our players and their parents. Our commitment to our clients is to be at their games to watch him play, assess his play, and assist as much as we can with advice to help improve his play. It’s pivotal that both the parents and players know that we will be constructive in everything that we advise…just honest assessment of his play and realistic advising of opportunities. Our firm also specializes in the preparation for life during and after hockey for our clients. The plan is to not only set your child up for a life after hockey but provide a better life once hockey is over through stressing education as a top priority.
