In that position, he not only coached on an individual level through daily private lessons but also led a local junior varsity and varsity high school team to the Championships. Additionally, in 2021 he launched Mingo Hockey Camps, a week-long youth development camp, as a part of his vision to impact the next generation of hockey players. In the 2 years since launching the camps, he has organized, coordinated, and facilitated 5 summer camps and helped 135 young people grow their skills on and off the ice.
