MIDGET 18U NATIONAL PREMIER HEAD COACH – DAVE DORMAN
Coach Dorman enters his fifth season with the 18U Little Flyers. In 2021-22 Coach Dorman led the Little Flyers to an AYHL and Atlantic District Championship to earn a spot at 2022 USA Hockey Nationals. The 2020-21 season saw Coach Dorman’s team finished 2nd in the NAPHL (North American Prospects Hockey League) Dixon Cup playoffs. Coach Dorman grew up playing hockey in the Greater Philadelphia area. He attended the Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts where he starred as a three sport varsity athlete, participating in hockey, baseball and soccer. Upon graduating from Berkshire, Coach Dorman spent a post-graduate year at Wyoming Seminary School where he was team captain and team MVP, before continuing his career with a year of Junior A hockey and finally finishing his playing experience at NCAA Neumann University of the ECAC West.
A USA Hockey Advanced (Level 4) Certified Coach, Dave began his coaching career leading the Tier II West Chester Quakers to an Atlantic District Championship. In his second year of coaching the Quakers, he led his team to another Atlantic District Championship and a Bronze Medal at the USA Hockey National Tournament. The following season, Coach Dorman took over a young Atlantic Junior Hockey League junior program. In his first season, he led the team to a 31-11 record and a 3rd place finish in the MJHL. In his second season he coached the team to a 33-5-0-5 record which led to Coach Dorman’s second appearance at a USA Hockey National Tournament in just four years of his young coaching career. After leading a Jr. A Team to a playoff berth in their inaugural season, Coach Dorman again stepped behind the youth hockey bench, this time leading his Little Flyers U16AAA team to an Atlantic District Silver Medal finish and his Bantam minor AAA Little Flyers team to an Atlantic District Championship.
For 6 seasons Coach Dorman assisted the Neumann University Knights at the NCAA level.
Coach Dorman has successfully helped to develop a number of NHL players, NCAA College, and NHL Draft Picks throughout his career running his hockey development company, DD Hockey, LLC. His passion for the game is credited to the many great coaches he has played under throughout his career. Dorman’s coaching philosophy rests on his belief that character development through sports is the greatest opportunity an athlete can have, and he constantly strives to pass his expertise, passion, and pride along to his players.

Coach Helkowski enters his 18th year of coaching. Coach Helkowski has made a big impact in his teams which have won over 20 championships including 2 Silver Stick Championships, a 2014 NJ State Championship, the 2017 Atlantic District Championship, and several finals appearances. Coach Helkowski has developed many players in his tenure and helped them to reach their maximum potential, many going on to play at the next level. Dennis Helkowski is the Hockey Director and Regional Scout for NJ Elite Hockey in Southern New Jersey and brings to the program an excellent knowledge of total player development combined with strong expectations for his players. He holds each player to high standards and prides himself on hard work and high energy practices that overall improve and prepare youth hockey players for the next level of their hockey career.

MIDGET 16 NATIONAL – HEAD COACH – DAVE DORMAN

MIDGET 15U PURE (2008) – HEAD COACH – JEREMY SNYDER
Coach Snyder enters his fourth season with the Little Flyers as a Coach. After two years with the 2006’s, Coach Snyder will lead the 2008 Little Flyers for the second season. Jeremy had a successful career playing ACHA D1 Hockey at Towson University where he earned MVP honors in back-to-back seasons (2017 & 2018) while also being awarded Defensive Player of the Year in 2016 & 2017. After his playing days were over, Jeremy jumped right into coaching with Tomorrow’s Ice 13U and 14U teams. Jeremy also served as a skills instructor for the Junior Blue Hens in 2018.

BANTAM MAJOR – 2009 – TYLER MOLL
Coach Moll enters his fourth season with the Philadelphia Little Flyers’ youth program. Moll led the Little Flyers 18U Elite team to a 2nd place finish in the AYHL in 2021-22. Prior to coaching with the Little Flyers, Moll was the 16U Head Coach for the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers.. Moll also has experience coaching at the junior ranks. From 2015 through 2017, he spent his time as an assistant coach to the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers EHL and EHL Premier squads. Prior to the 2018-19 season, he was promoted to head coach of the Jr. Flyers’ EHL Premier team. Before beginning his coaching career, Moll played youth hockey from PeeWee through the Junior levels for the Valley Forge Minutemen and Philadelphia Jr. Flyers organizations. After graduating, he played for West Chester University’s Division 1 team in the ACHA. Moll is also a Level 3 USA Hockey certified referee.

BANTAM MINOR 2010 – COACH – ROCCO CARZO
Coach Carzo enters his 4th year with the Philadelphia Little Flyers Organization as a Head Coach, Carzo is a lifelong Little Flyer, spending his youth hockey days wearing the black and orange. After a successful half of season with the Little Flyers AtjHL team, Carzo left mid-season to join the Des Moines Buccaneers in the USHL. After two successful seasons at the highest level of Junior Hockey in the United States, Carzo committed to UMass Amherst where he was a four year start, playing in 128 games in Amherst. Carzo was named Captain of UMass Amherst in his senior season. At the conclusion of his senior season, Carzo began his Professional Hockey Career, playing on a number of teams in his 8 year pro career, Florida Everblades (ECHL), Ontario Reign (ECHL), Norfolk Admirals (AHL), Missouri Mavericks (ECHL), San Diego Gulls (AHL), Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL), and finishing up with the Kansas City Mavericks of the ECHL where he has been the Captain since 2018. With Carzo retiring from Professional Hockey, he wants to begin his coaching career with the organization that helped him accomplish so much in his playing days, Carzo plans to develop and teach his players through his experiences playing at the top level in each aspect of hockey. In addition to coaching the 2011 and 2010 teams, Carzo is the owner and operator of RC4 Training Facility, the official home gym of the Philadelphia Little Flyers, located in IceWorks Skating Complex.

BANTAM MINOR 2010 – COACH – MARCUS DICKERSON
Coach Dickerson, an alumni of the Little Flyers program as a youth player, is now in his 3rd year coaching with the Little Flyers. Playing at the top levels all across North America, Dickerson played for the Little Flyers through Bantams before moving on to Selects Academy prior to the OHL calling. Marcus began his junior career in the Ontario Hockey League, North America’s top junior league where he spent three seasons with the Mississauga Steelheads. Dickerson ended his competitive hockey career in 2017-18 in America’s top junior league, the USHL (United States Hockey League) with both the Chicago Steel and Des Moines Buccaneers. After his playing days, Marcus returned to New Jersey to attend Rowan University where he graduated with a degree in Sports Communication and video. Marcus then went on to receive his Master’s degree in Sports Business from Neumann University. In the 2020-21 season, Marcus teamed up with Rocco Carzo and RC4 training to become a trainer for the Philadelphia Little Flyers program. Marcus is an instructor at various Hockey Camps and Academies as well as a coach in IceWorks Learn to Skate program. Coach Dickerson also serves as a skills development coach for the Neumann University NCAA Women’s ice hockey team.

Coach Morrissey enters his third season with the Philadelphia Little Flyers Organization. A native of St. John’s, NL, Canada, Shayne played junior hockey in Canada before committing to play NCAA college hockey with Neumann University. Shayne is one of the most decorated players in the Neumann University Knights history, In his first collegiate season, Morrissey earned the ECAC West Rookie of the Year award, was named to the ECAC West All-Rookie Team, and was Neumann University’s Rookie of the Year. Shayne followed his impressive rookie campaign with several more honors throughout his career, including being a two-time ECAC West Second Team All-Conference member, a three-time Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team member, and two-time ECAC West All-Academic Team member. After graduating in 2017, Shayne sits fifth all-time in career points scored with 108 points in four years for the Neumann University Knights.
Shayne turned pro in 2017, splitting time between the SPHL and ECHL, where he now holds the Evansville Thunderbolts record for most goals scored in a single season. Shayne is a familiar face to the Little Flyers’ organization and IceWorks Skating Complex as he began volunteer coaching with the Little Flyers as a Freshman in college in 2013. This continued throughout his four years with the Knights as Morrissey got more involved with helping to coach the Delco Phantoms as well as rink run camps and clinics. Shayne has been coaching for 11 years, beginning in Canada with Xtreme Hockey where he was a Senior Staff Instructor for 10 years before launching 14/94 Hockey Co.

SQUIRT MINOR 2014 – HEAD COACH – BRIANNE KRYSIAK
A Canadian native from Aurora, Ontario, Brianne has an extensive background in hockey.
Coach Krysiak played boys Bantam AAA for the Markham Waxers, then made the jump to the Toronto Junior Aeros where she was an assistant captain, and a call up to the Toronto Aeros Senior NWHL team alongside several Canadian Olympians. During Brianne’s time with the Toronto Junior Aeros, they won several championships. In her final season with the Aeros (2004-05), they joined the PWHA and won all three titles for the triple crown: first in (PWHA) league, first in playoffs & OWHA gold.
Brianne was recruited by over twenty NCAA D1 schools for her hockey and academics. Brianne selected Cornell University, where she played for their D1 program and is a four-time letter recipient. Brianne is on the Wall of Honor at the Varsity gym for strength and conditioning.
For many years, Brianne was a hockey instructor at a leading program in Canada. She has been coaching youth hockey in the US since 2018 for programs such as the 1494s Hockey Club AAA, Garnet Valley Jaguars and the Delco Phantoms.
