WHAT TO EXPECT:
Fitness Testing: Kick off your journey with comprehensive fitness assessments designed to evaluate your athleticism, endurance, and agility. Our expert trainers will provide valuable insights to help you reach peak performance.
Practice Sessions: Sharpen your skills under the guidance of seasoned coaches who bring years of experience and expertise to the ice. From skating drills to puck handling techniques, our training sessions are tailored to enhance your overall game.

Information Session: Throughout the weekend, in addition to the on-ice activities, we will also be hosting information sessions where players and their families can learn more about the Kingston Wranglers organization, our coaching philosophy, our development programs, and the benefits of playing in the USPHL. These sessions will provide valuable insights and answer any questions you may have about joining our team.
